Delete your Sabi account

You can delete your account at any time. Deleting it removes your profile, photos, posts, listings, matches and application, and signs you out on every device.

Delete it in the app

This is immediate. Open Sabi, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Use this if you can't sign in or no longer have the app. Enter the email address on your account. We'll confirm the request from support@sabiofficial.com before deleting anything, and complete it within 30 days.

What we keep, and for how long

Live data is deleted within 30 days, and backups within 90 days.
We keep transaction and payment records that financial law requires, moderation records for serious violations, and the minimum needed to stop a banned account re-registering.
Messages you already sent stay in the other person's inbox.
